🍍 Grilled Pineapple (Serves 8)

Ingredients:

  • 1 fresh ripe pineapple

  • 1 tbsp agave nectar

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • ½ tsp ground ginger


Method:

  1. Heat grill to medium-high.

  2. Trim pineapple, remove peel, and cut into quarters lengthwise. Remove hard core and slice into 1-inch pieces.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together agave, lime juice, olive oil, and ginger. Toss pineapple slices to coat.

  4. Grill for 5 minutes per side, until char marks appear.

  5. Remove from grill and serve immediately.
