🍍 Grilled Pineapple (Serves 8)

Ingredients:
1 fresh ripe pineapple
1 tbsp agave nectar
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp ground ginger
Method:
Heat grill to medium-high.
Trim pineapple, remove peel, and cut into quarters lengthwise. Remove hard core and slice into 1-inch pieces.
In a small bowl, whisk together agave, lime juice, olive oil, and ginger. Toss pineapple slices to coat.
Grill for 5 minutes per side, until char marks appear.
Remove from grill and serve immediately.
