What is Coaching?
Believe It, Pursue It
Put simply, it's a personal trainer for the mind. It is a method of assisted self-exploration that helps determine an individual's current situation, their intentions and aspirations and the means they have to meet these objectives.
At the heart of coaching is the relationship between the coach and the client. It is largely client-directed, with the client determining the focus of each session, and the coach being receptive and offering insight and clarifying questions when necessary.
Coaches believe their clients are perfectly equipped to deal with situations that arise.
